Hippy bunches

Step 1
Divide your hair into two equal sections, using a centre or zig-zag parting (for the perfect zig-zag, make your parting with a comb in one movement, without lifting it off until you've finished).

Step 2
Backcomb the two bunches from the tips to the roots to get that deliberately unkempt effect and hold it in place with a little gel or spray.

Step 3
Along the length of each of the bunches, tie your bunches with bands, ribbons, or raffia for a hippy touch!

Perfect Pony

Step 1
Separate your hair into two sections, one thick section to form the pony and one much smaller section to use to hide your hairband.

Step 2
Tie the thicker section into a classic ponytail, low to one side, leaving the thin section of hair free.

Step 3
TIe your pony with a hairband and wrap the remaining section of hair around it to cover it up.

Step 4
Secure the end of the thinner section of hair under your hairband.
